SHIPPING
We send to almost any destination in the world. All orders are shipped either:
- EMS Express Courier Service (internet trackable)
- TNT, FEDEX or Airmail (To most EU countries)
- AIR MAIL REG Services will be used for some deliveries to EU Countries (SAFER Method)
We also need the following to ensure an efficient delivery to you:

- Full Address with post code (ZIP code)
- Telephone number
Please make sure that there is someone to receive the package if you are not around. We are NOT responsible if you do not receive your package due to the fact you were not around to pick it up. If you reject the shipment, we will also not take responsibility for the shipment.
Please note that if package is delivered and contents are stolen, we will NOT be responsible. We will also NOT be responsible for customs seizures.
Whilst we make every effort to ship safely and discreetly you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are implemented once a shipment reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges or what they may be. Customs policies do vary from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

- 10-16 working days depending on destination and customs clearance.
- This is generally the safest method to enter into any country and we will use at our discretion.

ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are normally shipped within 48 to 72 hours upon receipt of your order. If there is any delay we will notify you by email.
OUT OF STOCK ON BACK ORDER
We make every attempt to maintain stock levels of each product we sell. On rare occasions we may be out of stock on certain models due to an increase in sales during busy periods. If any product is not available for shipment we will contact you by email with up to date delivery information or an offer of a full refund.
